The three-digit security code is located on the back of the card.
Next, you will be redirected to your bank's page to enter the 3DSecure code, which will be sent to you via SMS. If you do not receive the 3DSecure code, please contact the bank that issued your card.
Cases of Payment Refusal
The bank card is not enabled for online payments. Please contact your bank for clarification.
Insufficient funds on the bank card. For details about available funds, please contact the bank that issued your card.
Incorrect bank card details were entered.
The bank card has expired. The expiration date is typically indicated on the front of the card (month and year). Please contact the issuing bank for more details.

Return Policy
When paying by card, cash refunds are not permitted. The return process is governed by the rules of international payment systems.
Returns of goods in good condition are allowed if:
The goods retain their commercial appearance and consumer properties.
A document confirming the purchase and terms of sale is provided.
Consumers cannot return goods in good condition with individually specified properties if the goods can only be used by the person who purchased them.
If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must refund the amount paid under the contract, minus the seller's delivery expenses for returning the goods from the consumer, within ten days from the date of the consumer's request.
Refund Procedure
To refund money to a bank card:
Complete a "Refund Application," which will be sent upon request to your email.
Send the completed application, along with a copy of your passport, to [email protected].
Refunds will be processed to the bank card within 21 (twenty-one) business days from the date the company receives the "Refund Application."
For refunds due to erroneous transactions:
Submit a written application, along with a copy of your passport and receipts/invoices confirming the erroneous charge, to [email protected].
The refund amount will equal the purchase amount.
The time frame for reviewing the application and processing the refund begins from the moment the company receives the application and is calculated in business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
